Imagine a world...

...where after the birth of your child, you returned home and had a dedicated person whose sole job was to look after YOU. Provide support and nourishment for YOU.

Someone to make delicious nutrient-rich meals, fold that stack of washing, settle your baby while you rest and lend a non-judgmental ear when you've had a tough night.

Enrichment

n. the action of improving or enhancing the quality or value of something

Our approach combines evidence-based research and Ayurvedic practices.

Enriching a mother with nourishing restorative food and emotional support. Together this aids digestion and increases levels of the 'love-hormone' oxytocin which in turn may improve breastfeeding outcomes.

Education

n. the process of giving a body of knowledge

As scientists we are able to interpret and adapt the latest postpartum research specifically for you. We provide non-judgemental support. Guiding you through the highs and lows of engorged boobies, utter exhaustion and talk you through the 'shoulds' and 'should nots'

of motherhood.

Tune into our podcast, The Science of Motherhood where we interview researchers and experts as they unravel the myths of pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.

Empowerment

n. the process of becoming stronger and more confident

Our belief is that when a mother is completely nurtured she can focus on her most important role: loving, feeding and connecting with her baby. Together this empowers a mother to trust her innate intuition and lead with confidence.

EMILY

The postpartum pack I received from Micka at Fill Your Cup was the perfect assortment of treats for any new mum. I was nourished from the inside with delicious Muesli and tea, as well as from the outside with body scrubs and bathing remedies. Most importantly, this pamper pack encouraged me to take some time for myself to rest and recharge.

ALANA

This pack was amazing! It satisfied needs and wants I didn’t even realise I had. From the delicious food and tea to the rejuvenating bath treatments and body scrub, this pack helped me feel pampered but, more importantly, it helped me feel like ‘me’ again.

EDWINA

Renee has been a guardian angel during my postpartum journey. Providing me with delicious lactation cookies and amazing bath sitz, she made me feel human again. Can’t wait to have another bub just so I can use her services.

All the yes! Let's Fill my Cup...
